Our skilled team utilizes cutting-edge instrumentation and analytical tools to deliver accurate, high-resolution data, supporting your drug discovery and protein engineering efforts with confidence.

    Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR)

Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) is a powerful analytical technique that exploits the behavior of certain nuclei—such as ¹H, ¹³C, ¹⁵N, and ¹⁹F—when subjected to a strong static magnetic field combined with a weak oscillating radiofrequency pulse. These NMR-active nuclei emit electromagnetic signals at characteristic frequencies influenced by their surrounding magnetic environment, allowing detailed molecular insights.

NMR spectroscopy provides exceptionally sensitive information about atomic-level interactions, including chemical bonding, molecular conformation, folding states, and solvent accessibility of amino acid residues in proteins or nucleobases in RNA. This technique can be applied to samples in their natural isotopic composition or those enriched with specific NMR-active isotopes.

Its ability to deliver high-resolution structural and dynamic information makes NMR an essential tool for studying biomolecules and small organic compounds across a wide range of chemical and biochemical research applications.
