We prepare llama and camelid conventional IgG1 and IgG2 antibody libraries as well as vHH library for our clients.
Syd Biotechnologies offers tailored antibody library screening services, utilizing either our pre-constructed libraries or libraries custom-built to your specifications. Screening can be performed against a variety of targets, including whole cells, nanodiscs, and recombinant proteins. Final clones are rigorously validated using ELISA, Biacore (SPR), and flow cytometry for functionality and specificity.
We also provide an innovative combinatorial screening approach. In this method, a high-complexity mRNA display library is initially screened, and the selected sequences are rapidly transitioned into phage or yeast display formats for further enrichment—ultimately yielding high-affinity antibody candidates.
