    RNA Isolation

    Syd Biotechnologies provides high-quality total RNA and mRNA isolation services from a diverse range of biological samples, including blood, animal tissues, plant materials, cultured cells, and other challenging specimens.

    Our extraction process ensures RNA that is free from genomic DNA contamination (via DNase I treatment) and devoid of interfering substances like polysaccharides and phenolic compounds. RNA purity is verified through absorbance measurements at 260 nm and 280 nm, along with assessment on denaturing agarose gels.

    The isolated RNA is of exceptional quality, making it ideal for a wide array of downstream applications such as microarray analysis, northern blotting, qRT-PCR, in vitro translation, RNase protection assays, full-length gene cloning, and cDNA library construction.

    DNA Isolation
