Full Length cDNA

Syd Biotechnologies specializes in the construction of high-quality full-length cDNA libraries using selectively enriched full-length mRNAs and a proprietary technology platform. Our advanced process employs a unique reverse transcriptase capable of efficiently transcribing RNA molecules exceeding 15 kb in length. The first strand synthesis is initiated using oligo(dT) primers, followed by second strand synthesis under optimized conditions that minimize issues caused by secondary structures or GC-rich regions in the template. This ensures the accurate and complete representation of long and complex transcripts for downstream applications.

Our Approach

We generate libraries starting from micro-quantities of total RNA obtained from hard-to-procure samples such as blood samples from patients, LCM dissected tissues or FACS sorted cells. The libraries are delivered using high efficiency phage resistant E. coli competent host cells.
